We were assisted by Sales Consultant (As1043) and were incredibly disappointed with her lack of help in her customer service. We initially exchanged Euros and went through the transaction. I later discovered that the exchange rate was too high (don?t go here if you want better exchange rates!) and found something better in Swiss Cottage. I went back 10 minutes later with my receipt explaining that I had made a mistake, and if she could please reverse my transaction or process a refund. She mentioned there is no refund policy. I called Travelex customer service and they spoke to her on the phone saying a refund is up to her discretion. She wasn?t helpful in processing a refund. Won?t be going back, but instead to No1 Currency in Swiss Cottage!

Every time I come here the staff members are on the phone on their personal mobiles. I've tried to order Currency twice been made to fill out a form with promises someone will phone when my currency is ready. No one's ever phoned so I've been left hanging and forced to go else where won't be returning

Hima was the on duty staff. She was so kind and patient even my credit card was not accepted for several times. Although the Euro rate was not great in Asda Money, they provided convenient way to change foreign cash (accept card payment). So I would still recommended for changing small amount of money.

Jim?s was very helpful earlier today when I purchased USD for my holiday in Asda Wembley. . I wasn?t even aware Asda did a travel money card. Such a flexible way of paying. Very pleased with the service
