5 star service to jawahir. I came in to replace my daughters broken scooter but didn't have the receipt, only bank statement. A couple of other employees were turning me away before jawahir came, took my details and found the electronic copy of the receipt on their system. I got my replacement thanks to her!

Some staff especially the manager are very rude. The lady was having an attitude, some don't follow Argos return policy. If you are going to return some thing take it to another Argos store.

When I got there, there was to somali ladies at the door, she asked for my mask in a rude way and looked at me like she was disgused. Which is very rude, she's judging! I appologised for not having my mask but still she was rude so I got a mask and came back and when I went in she came to the guys that was helping me and didn't want him to help me she said you have 5 mins. This is inconvenient and especially for staff at the door which should be welcoming and helpful. Bad experience. But the young man helped and he was good

I went there 3 times and each time staff were dismissive and unhelpful. So I'll stick to shooing on Amazon thanks .\\nWouldn't recommend this place .

SCAMMERS! DON?T buy Apple products from Argos!\\nI?ve ordered Apple Watch on 6.02 and I haven?t noticed that it wasn?t the new generation so I?ve decided to return it. I was trying to organize collection from home for over two months. I went through at least 20 collection dates that they should come pick up the item, but they didn?t. Collection were cancelled at 10pm after whole day I was waiting for them....they were trying to sort out when I was calling them but clearly I knew that they don?t give a sh* about it. Money been taken, so now it?s not their priority to collect item. Such a nightmare. Hundreds of chat messages with them, calls and finally after two months someone came to collect it. The lady believe me look like rachet....homeless. So I?ve asked her if she can give me proof of collection but she said she is not doing it, I?ve said that I won?t give her anything with no proof that she collected this from me. She agreed to send me email that I?ve got. On the email says that the money should be in a week time. It?s been two weeks already and nothing. Contacted them on online chat. 4 times after giving my order number people left chat (that happened before too so I wasn?t surprised of their tactics), 5th person told me that she won?t give me return and I need to contact my card issuer. I was shocked. Contacted them over the phone and lady told me that they did investigation and she told me that I?ve sent them fake Apple Watch back!!! This is incredible and I can?t believe this could happen in such a big company like Argos. I am going to do everything to get my money back and to make sure these guys will be punished for the way they treated me as it?s unbelievable. I am going to spread the word everywhere and I am thinking to go to police as this might be big thing inside Argos - maybe someone took my Apple Watch and replaced with fake one. I am sure there are CCTV there so police will be able to investigate it. Don?t buy any Apple products there as you might be accused of sending them back fake products. DON?T TRUST THEM.

I was here this morning to buy a certain thing. The black woman was very rude and screamed at me in a commanding voice to back away. She was very rude right from the start.\\nShe was so afraid that I would not infect her with the virus, but she was not afraid to touch the money without disposable gloves. It would be really great for someone from the managers to train her and advise her to change her imperative tone and be more polite to her clients by asking rather than ordering. Nobody is a slave to her to treat people like this.

Really rude staff, was spoken down to by a female member of staff rekha who had a stinky attitude. Please train the staff argos. Go through the reviews and see how many times her name is mentioned.

The staff are unqualified very bad customer service especially one of the old lady her name (REKKA),,she was very rude to the customers and helpless after her rude behaviour I'm not going to visit this lovely store:(

The staff are really helpful but when they are short staffed they really do come under pressure. So it is understandable, thats why I go in the store at a less busy time.
