If I could give it 0 star I would. Last week I wanted my car key battery changed for Seat car. The bald headed guy said £18.95. I said sorry can you repeat that he said £18.95 and he had a card saying that. Rip off place ? I spoke to my Seat dealer in Sidcup Coner and he said it should only be £5 but come in we will do it for free so I did. The dry cleaning is also very expensive rip off. Avoid.

Always go here for keys and recently had 2 pairs of shoes re-heeled. Reasonable prices, sometimes do deals/offers. They work quickly and the guys in store are always friendly. Recommended

Awful service. Dropped off 2 suits and paid by credit card. I was told the payment had not gone through even though the terminal displayed transaction complete. I didn't have time to argue with the miserable man so simply paid again. I organised a refund with customer services a few days later online. On returning 2 weeks later I picked up my items. I was not acknowledged by the same miserable man despite him being aware I was waiting. Eventually I was served, I handed him the ticket and I received my items. I said 'thank you" but received no response. In fact the whole transaction was conducted without the miserable man even speaking. I will never be returning to Timpsons and neither will any members of my family.. Well done miserable Don, you've lost a few good customers.

Poor, don't waste your time or money, they will only damage your stuff. much better dry cleaners in the area.
