Clean petrol station. All the time friendly staff at the till. A bit stroppy and reluctant to help in person at the pump (to walk away from their seat/ office) few times I had ?blond? moment.. nevertheless, this is where we come to put our fuel.

Do not queue for the car wash or fuel pumps as if you exceed 30 minutes a parking charge notice will be issued. Appeals will also be rejected. I used the car wash at a busy period and received a parking charge notice in the post. Absolute disgusting way to treat customers but great for losing business. Will not be using Shell again.
Despite the response from Shell here, they insist they cannot help.

DO NOT WAIT IF THERE IS A LONG LINE FOR THE CAR WASH. The forecourt is managed by Euro Car Parks and they use cameras to note your time entry and exit. There was a long wait on the day of my visit to use the car wash and now I?ve received a penalty charge notice and have to go through the bother of an appeal.

I have been using it for many years, but after today's visit I will stop using it altogether and I also recommend not to use it to all my friends. The cashier talks very impolitely to customers and when you tell him something, he tells you to go somewhere else, allows himself to raise his voice to customers. And when I went out to the car, he spoke to his colleague and pointed at me with his finger and laughed loudly (indicatively), that is, I understand that it is normal for the company if they allow themselves to treat customers like that.

Tried to charge my electric vehicle and the machine charged me £30 but it didn't let ne charge at all.Asked inside for support and the answer was "this is nothing to do with us thus is an outside company.Absolutely shocking customer service.Avoid this petrol station

I use it for the air pump. They can be hard to find in working order these days. Shop on site but not cheap. Fuel not cheap either.

Pregnant & desperate for a wee after a long drive. Toilet occupied for 10mins. I asked to use the staff toilet which could have been answered with a simple no. But Instead the lazy angry man started shouting at me. Ridiculous. Never seen staff like it..so rude and the two of them laughing.

LATE HOUR WORKER, fat & LAZY to do his JOB. I ask for bottle of water & a drink after, he said I?m not going back again to get my order ?& he said go some where else & I never ?? went back because of him ?? The worst CUSTOMER SERVICES, I ever had & not ONCE but countless times, avoid this place. Problem after problems, PLEASE ?? FIRE ? this RUDE dark Asian MAN & more woman at the TILL or friendly person & happy smiling ?the Old fat DARK skin Asian guy is the BIGGEST PROBLEM FIRE HIM? this ONE ?? he is the BIG BULLY with RUDE LOOKING FACE scares customers AWAY. Everybody don?t like him doing LATE ? HOUR WORK.

Suposed to be open for service but insted its closed so you can not use the toilet and everthing has to be done through the windows
