Pizza was tasty, but I think I ate a 100years old chicken meat and I have the worst food poisoning in my life. Please make sure you using fresh ingredients and staff should not come sick to work. Do not make offers if you going to use old products and poison people.

We ordered a pizza at 22:25pm, it not alone came late at 23:12, but the hole order was wrong. Having allergies to certain products, this pizza could not be eaten. I will not recommend this place. They are useless, cannot even get an order correct. Waste if time and money.

It took an hour and a half to deliver my order, and they gave me the wrong one. When I called to address the issue, they shouted at me and accused me of lying. After much effort, they finally agreed to return, but they didn?t apologize. The driver was extremely rude and disrespectful, and there was a clear language barrier. The situation only de-escalated when my brother stepped in, and the driver finally stopped acting so threatening.

Specifically said don?t forget my garlic sauce and my ice cream. Shock horror, they forgot both items. Called up asking where it is and the guy had the audacity to say we can deliver but you have to pay for delivery charge. Rubbish.

Ordered a couple of pizzas last night on their 50% off deal. Didn't realise it meant 50% off the toppings and cheese. We haven't ordered from pizza hut in a while and I doubt I will use them again. Waste of money

I ordered a collection on the website, called the hut to see when it was ready and was told they hadn?t received my order, how did I place it in the app or the website. Told them the website and they told me to contact customer services on there for a refund, which I did. We have been going backwards and forwards for a week now and the manager is stating I did it pick my order up!! And I did it call! I have proof of the call and did I t pick my order up as the person in the phone told me it had been received! Still waiting for this to be refunded! Used Pizza Hut for many years and can?t believe how I am being treated!
