My wife made an order via the McDonalds app. The food was delivered to the wrong address and then McDonalds refused to provide a refund. My wife called the driver and texted with him 3 times and he did not respond. The driver made no attempt to contact my wife when he turned up at the incorrect address, there was no one there. I went looking for the food and when I found the address that matched the picture the driver had taken, the food was not there. This was only after about 10 minutes and the food was in a place not visible to the road so I believe the driver stole it. When I spoke with McDonalds they said that the driver can take the food away with him if he chooses. They said the driver must wait at the property for 7 minutes. They did not do this. They still refused a refund after all of this, the customer support team was useless. Completely unacceptable service, will never purchase from McDonalds again.

This mc donald used to be good.
I have been going to this mc donals since I was a kid.. 30 years or so...
They used to be good, but now they always forget something.. I just don't get why they always forget something.. its a shame, because it just makes me not want to order from here anymore.

They don't fill large frech fries properly and therefore you order Medium or Large, it's same.
Some of their staff is very slow whereas others are over loaded due to slowness of others.

There was a chunk of plastic into my milkshake which I initially thought was hair but wasn?t this could have poisoned me and wound me up in hospital please take more caution when making drinks and food.

Full of thick idiots working here. They forget at least one thing on every order. My daughter?s chicken nuggets were undercooked once (batter still wet).
