Loved my experience with Mai. Really knowledgable in her job. Spotlessly clean. Had ombre eyebrows and have never looked so good ( and im very fussy).

I visited on a Saturday for a removal and full set.The salon looks and feels OK. I explained what I wanted and shared a photo of my lashes from a previous tech. I clearly said I DO NOT want a 'cat-eye'. I heard the owner speaking in her language say the word 'cat-eye' to the lash tech that done my lashes, completely ignoring my request. 1st red flag.The owner started my removal and sometime during the process while my eyes were closed, swapped with a colleague who couldn't speak English. Although I did not mind who done my lashes, I thought it was a bit sneaky and unprofessional to swap with a colleague without saying, 2nd red flag. Usually my removal is a painless process I can't feel happening, not so here. Although a solution was applied, it done nothing, it just felt like she was pulling my lashes out. I had to tell her to stop. Whats the point paying someone to pull my lashes out, could have done that myself for free. 3rd red flag. The most unpleasant thing of all and the final red flag in my decision never to return, was the tech having a loud conversation with the other tech/owner shouting over my face for 2hrs. It was unbelievably unpleasant to the point I had to ask for a mask. If you can't get the basic of customer service right, you can't have my custom. Although the finished result was OK, the service was not. Also I was there at 1.30pm on a Saturday and not a single other customer came in, which I think says a lot.Service: Eyelash extensions

So impressed, Mai did an amazing job on my fading ombre brows, she reshaped them and added colour, she is so professional and such an expert at what she does.A beautiful clinic, lovely receptionist too, I would recommend Feature Clinic to everyone, thank you Mai, I love my new eyebrows.

Mai is an artist! Both my mum and I love her, she gave us the eyebrows we really wanted after terrible treatment elsewhere. I hardly have any eyebrows and have oily skin. Mai was able to painlessly give me a great shape with nanoblading. I have recommended to everyone and continue to do so. Thank you Mai!

It was amazing experience with them feel soo good & beautiful After all done when I opened my eyes it was super comfortable. I just love it . I forget the girl name but she was best on her job thank you so much highly recommend you all .

Very satisfied with the outcome from today's microblading. The ladies recomended me to also have a lash lift having long lashes which I have never had before and I'm really happy that I did. Thank you ?

I had eye lash extensions but they wasn?t what I was expecting so I went back the following day and a lovely lady called Lyn , put some extra lashes in for me. There was no issue with any of my concerns and nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service. Needless to say I will be going back there again. Thank you Lyn and thank you Feature Clinic.

This is the best place to get any treatment done I truly recommend you come here for any treatment I'm so happy with there service I was treated so nice and made so comfortable. I had my eyebrows microbladed and dermaplaning I'm so happy with both. Easy to park also just park in Tesco car park for free across the road. Highly recommend using
