I visited on a Saturday for a removal and full set.The salon looks and feels OK. I explained what I wanted and shared a photo of my lashes from a previous tech. I clearly said I DO NOT want a 'cat-eye'. I heard the owner speaking in her language say the word 'cat-eye' to the lash tech that done my lashes, completely ignoring...

So impressed, Mai did an amazing job on my fading ombre brows, she reshaped them and added colour, she is so professional and such an expert at what she does.A beautiful clinic, lovely receptionist too, I would recommend Feature Clinic to everyone, thank you Mai, I love my new eyebrows.
