Really tasty pizza and always good customer service every time I go. The staff are always welcoming and nice. Price can be a bit expensive but I don't blame this store for that as I don't think they have much control over it.

Food was cold, staff rude and a terrible experience. Staff lied about giving me a voucher to compensate which I was later told by head office is not possible. Avoid at all costs. I have tried other restaurants in Welling that all provide a better product.

Called to order for collection but they don?t accept orders over the phone. What?s the point of having a number to call? The lady on the phone was very polite regardless. Either have to order online or go directly in store.

Ordered five large pizzas. One was the Hot and Spicy. This was almost bare, no sign at all of any beef, no tomato sauce, no cheese, not spicy at all. It was basically a pizza base with a few bits of red onion and a bit of jalapeno. The other pizzas in the order was acceptable, nothing special but they were eaten. Was told by family they always order from Darford branch and it is great. Will not be returning to order again.

Shocking customer service, they really do not care about customers here. Order came an hour late, food cold and inedible. When you call them back they will let it ring for a while, hang up but if you stay persistent they will eventually answer and give you a lot of attitude. Seriously?Was promised a coupon for a meal off and never received anything. Honestly a really bad dominos branch and I order a lot. Do not order from here, best to order from the Thamesmead branch as there are never any issues with them and they deliver within 20 mins! Usually also much more friendly.

I placed an order for a veggie supreme at this Domino's location in Welling and discovered a hair strand in my pizza. I called the location to report the problem and they offered to give me a free pizza as compensation, which I obviously accepted as this was their fault.But even though it was their fault for making such an unhygeinic mistake, all I asked for was a complimentary dip alongside my free pizza as a kind gesture of good customer service. I will never order from that branch again because of their terrible customer service, and even though it was their fault, they insisted that I pay an additional 50p! Now see why they have such bad reviews! I will never be ordering from here again! Now see why they have such bad reviews! This wasn?t just only about the dip i?m reviewing this over the terrible customer service aswell and I will be complaining about this to the Dominos head office as well!
