The procedure was less uncomfortable than I anticipated.The Salon is beautifully decorated & comfortable with very friendly Staff.
Jade who did my micoblading was very knowledgeable & explained the procedure & aftercare expertly.

I have been going to brow babe for a few years now and absolutely love the place, best lashes by far and staff are super friendly.
I now take my daughter here for her facials, and I have also had a few other treatments which I am always happy with.
Always clean and tidy.
And they have the most comfortable beds, be prepared to have a little snooze?

I have been coming to Browbabe since they opened, and have been having my lashes done by Leyla since she started doing lashes (long ago?)!
Everyone?s work is consistent, and unmatched. My lashes are always as I want them, and they last the full 4 weeks.

I had microblading and the colour is not suitable, really red and two shades lighter than my actual hair?I look ridiculous and I have called 16 times, 3 messages on IG and texted.:..No one responds to discuss my brows and I have been contacting for 3 weeks?! This was a £300 semi permanent service and would have hoped a professional customer service and aftercare but nothing, no response at this point my only option to resolve is to contact Barclaycard to dispute so I can have them corrected

I've always used brow babe for my eye brows as they really are brilliant, I am always satisfied with my treatment however I did book for 3-6 months at the cost of £80 but when I went to pay I was charged £155, when I questioned this I was told that the therapist did a 9 month plus procedure but I didn't know so naturally a bit of a shock when I went to pay. Had I been spoken to about the 9 month plus I still would have declined it as the 3-6 month was within my budget. The lady at the till merely said 'sorry I should have told you that ' I thought that was extremely rude with a lack of empathy when saying it, almost as if it was all about the money and a disregard to the client. I spent more than I wanted to and unaware of it, leaving me out of pocket and feeling quite bitter about brow babe.

I visited Brow Babe based on a recommendation, but my experience with their Brow Lamination treatment was extremely disappointing. The results were far from what I expected, and I was unfairly made to feel responsible for the botched outcome. Furthermore, no resolution was offered to address the issue. The process of removing the treatment has been both painful and costly, leaving me still dealing with the consequences and the negative impact on my confidence. This is unacceptable.
