What wonderful service and staff! Everything is ready quickly! They check my blood pressure for me and provide me with help in all my needs. I could not fault the mannerism and professionalism of the gentleman and two ladies in the shop! God bless you

I had an extremely distressing experience with a staff member at this pharmacy. I overheard her making negative comments about me to her colleagues. When I challenged her about it, I expected at least an apology, but instead she became aggressive, raised her voice, and approached me in a way that felt threatening, as if she wanted to start a fight. This behaviour is completely unacceptable in a professional environment, and I believe urgent action should be taken by management to ensure customers are treated with respect and feel safe in this pharmacy.

The members of this pharmacy always go above and beyond to help me in anyway they can. I had a lot of problems in my previous pharmacy where my medication was never ordered or ready in time. Over here my medication is always ready, on time with no issues. If something is out of stock they do try and source it and if they can?t they have always advised me how to go about it and what to do.

I?m so glad the regular Indian pharmacist is back. She goes above and beyond every time and I have always had a pleasant experience. My prescriptions are now always ready on time. I never have to wait around to be served or even get advice anymore. The staff deserve a lot more recognition for their hard work. And they do not deserve the abuse they get from some horrible meme bets of the public. I hope management does something about it.

I?ve been collecting my prescriptions from here for years. This is my nominated pharmacy & I have very rarely had a negative issue??
Unfortunately twice in as many months I?ve been in there waiting for my prescription & Rom* have been challenged by the staff for shoplifting. Last occasion the adult ?females? unbelievably had assigned their kids to do the thieving ?
The staff then had to retrieve the stolen merchandise from them ??
Deport!

Horrible people especially the short lady. She is awful, disrespectful, unprofessional.
She doesn't know how to address customer. Very rude.
Honestly I don't know how they employed her.not even a smile.

If depression was reimagined as a shop this would be it. Sad knackered shop with empty shelves. Basic medicine not available & needs to be ordered. Staff ever changing, some are helpful, more are not. I wouldn?t buy shares in Well Pharmacies. This all comes from the top.

They never answer the phone, my elderly mum has been left without medication. Promising her it is coming but never arrives. If they were honest about it, I would know to get there and collect for her.

I have visited this pharmacy on multiple occasions and have consistently encountered poor customer service. The staff members have been consistently rude and have treated customers, including myself, with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Will not visit again in the future.
