Very rude pharmacist and member of staff aswell came here for my daughter medication made me await more then 30 mins then lie to me that they don?t have in stock but when doc called them they given me never came to this pharmacy again

Great staff in person, they're nice. But I am never able to get through over the phone! I've even called continuously to see that it says line busy and still rings with no answer after that.

Terrible pharmacy. Never picks up the phone. Never seem to have stock. I have changed to The Pill Box round the corner and they are much better & friendly

You can hardly ever get through. The phone will ring at length only to be cut off. When you do get through to ask for a repeat prescription you always have to chase to find out if it is ready despite being told they will text meaning you are having to go through the whole saga of trying to get through on the telephone. Need to do better...much better!!

Booked a covid vaccination here on two separate occasions; both appointments were cancelled last minute. I stopped my medication for each of these appointments so this is serious. You can't mess people about like this. If you're not providing these vaccinations, then take your name off the NHS list.

They fail to supply you with prescription medicine at repeat-time, and never answer the phone for any enquiries.Management need to investigate and rehire/retrain.

Never had a problem with the chemist, always helpful and polite. The MyGP app was playing me up a few months ago, so phoned the chemist to ask to order my prescription on my behalf, the pharmacist ordered them for me straight away. I also booked up for a flu jab recently and I was a little early and had the flu jab done earlier. Good chemist
