Security needs to be replaced. I have seen him numerous times accuse people of stealing after they have paid.
He watched me pay and then grabbed my bag as I left the store with my children. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. After looking at my receipt that was no apology.
This gentleman needs another job as he is always fired up even accusing pregnant women of stealing and approaching people at the self checkout to check people?s bags, AS THEY ARE PAYING. This is unacceptable.
I can see from other reviews that customers have said the same thing.

I use it to get a quick shopping when I don't need buy a big one at that time. Staff are friendly.

I always go and buy some meal deal! I believe will be my last, poor custumer service, This time I was treat like a theaf, went as usually to buy the meal including a fizzy once I paid I got stopped and said if the items was approved by someone who need to verify the age I said no, then the guy said without id can't let you go, woow such surprise after a little discussion another employer came and let me go! Never happed before

Poor customer service, they rush you out for check out, I will never come back.

It's very small and doesn't have the best selection of products, but the staff (including the security) are always very nice. Give them a raise, especially to the amazing cashier that speaks French apart from English.

Mirza delivered some poor customer service, the product I wanted was out of stock, asked him for the cheapest alternative, he just took one out scanned it and pressured me into buying it without even telling me what it is. Poor poor service not coming here again

Closed 10 whole minutes before it should have and wouldn?t let my pregnant partner in to buy pain killers at 22:50. Security guard and young cashier were completely unhelpful and basically barricaded the door talking to us like WE were the stupid ones. Clearly just wanted to get off work early

Great job by the young man on the counter considering he seemed to be alone in a busy shop. But appalling behaviour by the security guard who seemed to have a bone to pick with the staff behind the counter and had no problem voicing this by shouting over customers and picking on him. Seems to be a bit of a bully, and with the stern and unfriendly scowl across his face it doesnâ??t exactly create a welcoming environment.

Meat Fridge has been broken for weeks so cannot buy meat. Apartently it takes this long to get it fixed. Very inconvenient
