Great customer service for everyone is attentive to the needs of the customers.The younger girl who wears glasses often on the second shop floor is always helpful, other staff members helped me today find what I needed from a waterproof jacket to nice trainers.Elena, whom of which dealt with me at the tills is amazing, her personality is very bubbly.

The worst shop i have ever been. No one is working upstairs. I was waiting more then a half hour for someone and i left the shop... In my opinion this shop should be definitely closed.

The reviews really do speak for themselves. I was served by the manager today who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He began to help his colleague during the middle of serving me and expected me to wait whilst he helped his colleague. When I asked what the delay was for and why I was made to wait instead of serving me then helping the colleague. He went on some bizarre tangent that he was the manager of the store and essentially can do what he likes. Being the manager of a sports direct isn?t a flex, especially when you?re pushing almost 50!

I purchased a swimsuit for my daughter and asked the shop assistant if I could exchange if it was too small. She said yes as long as the hygiene sticker was in place. Unfortunately it was too small so two days later I tried to return and they wouldn?t do it as the manager said it was against their policy. I would have brought her in to try on if I had known. The manager said all the info is on the receipt but who reads the small print on the receipt! They should train their staff properly in the first place to avoid these situations.

For a sports direct its got good selection than others in the borough but staff are not that helpful and are a bit mad and dramatic like I was with my little brother who is 7 left him near me away just for 2 minutes yet they made a huge deal and an announcement was made no issues at the checkout.

Shop today at the Walthamstow sports direct store. Won't be coming back again, terrible customer service and the extra charge for a pair of pants I didn?t know about on purpose. Be careful when checking out and keep the receipt.

I bought a pair of shoes in another sport direct outlet Stratford. One shoe was brand new the other was from display. I came back to my local sport direct in Walthamstow they were not willing to deal with my complaint and sent me back to Stratford. I am fuming. They are not a good representative of sport direct . Even with the receipt they made out that they are not part of the sport direct company. Disgusting customer service and despicable service.Beware of this outlet

I was very disappointed. I bought pants with cash yesterday. Which did not fit the form. Today, when returning, I was told that they cannot return the money, but will give a voucher for this amount. When I bought, I was not warned about such a scheme. I do not recommend visiting this store. How much time was spent - 2 visits, funds and I was left without pants. What's the point of a voucher if this store doesn't have good stuff. I'm disappointed. don't make mistakes like me.

Staff are rude and have no customer interaction skills,I stood by 3 staff while they joked and messed about for 5 mins before I walked away they clearly saw me but obvious to me was a bit of chilled time is better than doing there job,I ended up ordering on with amazon after walking out
