When I came in one of the staff said ?what do u want? I said I need an appointment and she said okay . The staff aren?t trained to speak nicely it?s a shame also they tried to scam me by converting me into wearing glasses when I barely needed it

Over the moon with the service and level of expertise here. They were able to repair my damaged costly frames within minutes. I was told by 3 opticians before that these will need replacing, as they are not fixable. I?ve only had them for 2 years. This branch has a lab on site, who did a great job of fixing my frames. the staff are super friendly and professional. They listen, they care, and they go above and beyond to help. I?ve worked as a dispensing assistant in the past, and I?ve been a specsavers customer for over 20 years, so I can truly say from experience, this is a fantastic store. Thank you!

Lenses way too strong ! Collected my glasses today and feel dizzy and my head hurts already. All is blurry and after spending over £200 i am told that i need to wait for a call then appointment to see if they will allow me to change them for weaker ones!!ALLOW ME???? I can put them in the bin right now this is how useless they are!!!!! Avoid !!!!!

Had a great experience at Specsavers Walthamstow today. I was greeted and checked in as soon as I walked in. Was seen almost immediately, and Natasha was patient, professional and really kind. Took her time to explain all throughout my visit and gave me good recommendations.

Hi, as I haven't been asked to review specsavers this time, I thought that I would let you know how I got on.I could not find fault with my optician, RIMAH. She spent a long time with me through all sorts of eye tests and wasn't happy until we were both satisfied with the right prescription. That was excellent.Now, with the correct prescription, I can read and watch the TV again. Last yearsPrescription was totally wrong, which I pointed out a few times when I tried the glasses on, I was told I needed time to adjust to the new glasses, even tried bending the frames all poor excuses, cost me a lot of money for 6 pairs of glasses that I couldn't wear.So thank you to RIMAH, an excellent job, hope you are there next time.Sadia and mustafa were also very helpful,Thanks Brendan.

First eye test and the optometrist Zakariya went above and beyond in helping me out and making sure I understood everything. Got set up with some frames and lenses, all the staff were professional and super helpful and didn't have to wait long for my new glasses to arrive, despite the holidays. Would recommend.
