Manager is a terribly rude lady. Very confrontational and shows no respect to customers.Customer service is awful there too and give attitude for no reason. Staff will be chatting to themsleves instead of serving customers and give nasty looks. Avoid this place.

All the staff are very helpful in answering questions and showing the variety of different tools to use for writing, painting ,drawing presenting and more.

Grossly incompetent and slow. Misquoted me for printing but still charged me for the tests I?d done to ensure the orders of service for my wedding were accurate. Even though had I known the correct price, we wouldn?t have proceeded with it. £220 for 120 pages double sided is farcical. Ryman need to be providing a much better service and lowering their costs.

Friendly staff and great service, a lil bit more pricey than expected but nonetheless the service was worth the money spent.

I went into the branch on New Oxford Street, which was busy as normal, to find it empty and calm. I was looking for ink for our Canon printer. I was offered the XXL box which cost £89.99. It will last much longer, I was told. I was also told it didn?t include the bulkier 580PGBK cartridge but not to worry, that is only used mainly for printing pictures. I bought the XXL box, minus the 580PGBK cartridge, got it home, put it in the printer and hey presto - the printed material came out grey illegible. Not pleased. My wife had to detour to a branch near London Bridge to buy yet another box of cartridges; this time including the 580PGBK cartridge. Moral of the story? If you?re going to recommend something - and it?s your job to do it - make sure you know what you are talking about. A pleasant guy. But wrong!!

£3.55 for printing out a black and white document (just 3 pages single side). Every time I go there to print a document, the price is different.
Super unfriendly older lady at the counter. Not only sharp and curt with the customers but also with the other younger lady working there. Will not be going back.

Awful service. I went in to buy back to school stationery. I picked up some sale bits which I purposely chose as they were on sale. As I got to the till the Manager and her colleague were having a chat at The till and totally ignored the fact I was wait to pay. The colleague then decided to serve me without eye contact or a greeting after having me standing there unnecessarily. He then scanned my items 1 item came up more than what was displayed at. I challenged this. He then went to look and I was correct but he said the till said otherwise. Instead of apologising he grabbed the sale sticker off display and aggressively stated its wrong, and screwed it up. I asked him for management. She was the lady at the till. He told me I can leave the item if I wasn't happy with the till price. I spoke with the manager and she sold it to me at the price shown as she should and took over making the sale. The sales assistant (Kenny) on the other hand continued to have an attitude. The service was poor and unacceptable. I won't be shopping there again , and I will be calling customer services to make a complaint. The staff need training in customer service skills. If I could give a - 5 * would.

I needed a single A4 print from a usb stick. £3.35 and she didn't think to tell me before that there's a £2.50 charge to use a USB! Absolute rip off and bad communication from the staff.
Especially in this financial situation it's just immoral to charge so much for a print.
I won't visit rymans again.
