I saw some lovely things that I wanted to buy. I was going to spend about £1]00.00 there but as soon as she asked me to lay 10p for a plastic bag to advertise their brand I was put off and cancelled my purchase. They need to find a way of covering that cost I don't care what they say the law says. Factor it into your existing priced, I dunno, make something up. In Sainsbury's it's one thing in a clothes or shoe shop another.

Rude Staff. I ordered a mens jacket online and was sent a women?s jacket. When i went to return it this morning, the women who served me was rude. No apology was made for the mistake. She actually tried to convince me that it was a mens jacket when it obviously was not. And definitely was not the one i ordered. Im thankful i don?t usually shop here.
