DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. There is always issues with the orders, but today was the last straw for me. I ordered 1 pizza and an ice cream at 11:45 am, it is now 3:20 pm (over 3 hours), and it still hasn't arrived. I have no way of contacting the store as they claim that their phone is broken. I contacted their customer support, who said they couldn't get in contact with them either, so there is nothing they can do except email them and hope that they reply. Customer support said I cannot get a refund till they can contact the store. I understand that sometimes there are things outside of their control which may lead to a late delivery, but I think it is unacceptable to leave someone waiting for over 3 hours with no attempt to contact them and let them know of any delays. I don't normally write reviews (especially not bad ones), but I don't want any one else making the same mistake as me as now I am sitting here with no pizza AND no refund. : (

Currently writing this review from the front of the store after calling out for at least 5 minutes and being ignored by the staff. I even phoned them and they hung up on me. Thought this place was back on track but apparently not. Avoid collection from here.

man this place is really bad, worst pizza hut I been, if you order two pizzas one will be half burn or dry, one will have less cheese. I guess the person that works there hates there job.

Some joke! I ordered a pizza. Waiting time 30-40 minutes, after an hour and a half the status - in the oven (it was still in the oven for over an hour), I called the pizzeria 6 times and no one answered. I decided to buy food elsewhere. After 2.5 hours I received the order I expected. After no contact, I sent an official email for a refund without expecting food. The only thing was that I was ignored.

I paid £2 extra for my pizza and they deliver the wrong one I called them they said they need the order number I order online I didn't find the order number the pizza tastes like card

I order pizza @6:20pm and order came 8:06pm estimated deliver was 7:00 to 7:10 It?s very bad service! No one answer the call when we try contact them. Didn?t get refund.
