The experience was frankly awful. I requested cutlery for our meal since none was provided, which I could understand if it was an honest mistake. However, when I asked, they gave us wooden cutlery, which was impossible to use for cutting anything. When I noticed other tables had metal cutlery and asked for the same, the staff rudely pointed me to where it was kept, acting condescending and unhelpful. Food was avarage at least.

Love this Nando?s! So many natural light, clean and good atmosphere compared to the other.
Jacob was really helpful and Kind. I was craving for an XXX Hot sauce and I couldn?t find it. I was really sad but Jacob made sure to look around and find me the bottle which he did!!! Super happy afterwards. Service like this makes your dinner more special. Thank you!

Recently visited Nando?s in Walthamstow and was not disappointed. We were on a visit to London, and decided to go here. The food and service were absolutely fantastic.
Vivi, who greeted us at the entrance, was so attentive and helpful during service. The food itself was brilliant. So much better than other Nando?s locations, something which a few restaurants could learn from.
We also tried a few new food items which we usually wouldn?t order, and they were excellent too! Hopefully we get the chance to come back again soon.

An enjoyable evening with the family at nandos yesterday evening. No matter which restaurant you go to, the levels of great service and food is a standard. Walthamstow was no different, very pleased with the way the staff conducted themselves, polite and attentive. 2 staff members in particular was helpful, this was noor. And also a lady with red hair and glasses. Name unfortunately I didn?t get. Both were smiley and had great customer service.

Had a fantastic time at Nando?s Walthamstow! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with Ajeesh?s warm smile and friendly attitude. The service throughout was exceptional, especially from Jacob who really looked after us. The food was fresh, delicious, and just what you?d expect from Nando?s at its best.

Now don?t get me wrong, I absolutely love a Nando?s. But Walthamstow Nando?s? never coming back. It?s definitely a one time visit thing.
first of all, the neglect. The tables are left with crumbs and dirt all over. I had to wipe down my chair in front of my server and they offered no help or anything - simply watched me wipe down a disgusting chair. not to mention the dead flies (and alive ones) on the windowsill. weird stains on the floors and chipped tables definitely add to the neglect.
secondly: the atmosphere. This is the worst Nando?s atmosphere ever, just loud chaotic and feels way too bright and open. children screaming from all angles and it definitely takes away from the traditional feel it?s meant to have. once again: I love Nando?s usually but this is so bad I have to say this.
Third: the service. Service was okay, just a bit slow and rushed - not to mention the chaos. however this is explained by a Sunday rush so it?s understandable.
The women?s toilets are disgusted and desperately need to be fixed. toilets with no working locks and toilet paper everywhere? this tells me everything i need to know!
However on a partially positive note the food was quite nice. it?s the same as all nando?s and nothing stuck out as amazing or special. Plus their amazing help with allergens are great.
bottom line is that if you want to go to a nando?s go anywhere but Walthamstow. its disgusting.
