The Food was very nice. Seats were very comfy. Relaxing Music. But the only problem is that I went to the toilet and the toilet door was covered in some graffiti. I also want to say about the toilet. It looked very weird like the lids loose and just sitting on the left side. but I don?t know What. ?Something weird with this toilet? I thought.

Let?s start by saying food is always good at McDonald?s however, service on the other hand not so much. Came here to grab a quick lunch just before catching my train hoping it would be served rapidly but I was wrong. Workers moved around so slowly felt like they were working at Sunday shift. Meant to be FAST FOOD places, best believe Nando?s serves faster than these people. Ps- they were not busy

Ordered food at 10am and have been stuck on the same screen telling me they are preparing the order. It?s now 11:20, they won?t let me refund the order. Disgraceful service.

Without a doubt, the most incompetent McDonald's I've ever been to. In my last 10 visits, 7/10 times, they always fail to include at least 1, but typically numerous portions of the food I've paid for, forcing me to have to return and ask for the remainder of the food. The staff treat me as though it's my fault for failing to do their job for them, and often make me wait for a long time, both for the initial food (which the onscreen prompter says its ready, but it never is), and for when they have to give the rest of my food. It's almost always sloppily prepared and the staff fail to understand basic requests.

@McDonalds I ordered breakfast via the McDonald's app from the Walthamstow location, and the experience was a disaster. The delivery arrived with MISSING MEALS and cold, half-spilled coffees. UberEats refused a refund. I called the Walthamstow McDonalds store many times, but no one answered. My wife and I were left without food, out of pocket, and extremely frustrated.

Sent me a burger with no burger patty in it. Called them they said they couldn?t fix it and to call Uber. Contacted Uber they did nothing also. I understand mistakes happen but not sure how you manage to send a burger out with no patty in it ?. And then offer nothing to fix the situation
