Car is dirty after the wash. I saw the guy using hand brush for cleaning the car in front of me. I asked can you do this for me. He said another £2. So I paid another £2 but he just brush the rear bumper. I said you did the whole car for the other car, in reply he started being rude.

Car is still dirty from back wheels a still dirty and water stains everywhere on the car. Total waste of mony. I'm very disappointed and I will never use this car wash again. No wonder car was was empty. Don't waste your money on this car wash

Absolutely awful. They will rip you off and when called out on it lie straight to your face! They put you through on the cheapest wash and you believe you got what paid for, when I noticed and told them I paid £11 and got a £5.50 wash they told me I was mistaken even when I showed them the £11 gone from bank account. DO NOT USE AT ANY COST

I have been a loyal customer at IMO Walthamstow for years, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. My company has provided me with login details for the IMO app, which I?ve been using without issue for the past year to access discounts in my wallet. However, today, a staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
He refused to let me use the discount, claiming it was only for taxis and that my vehicle didn?t have a PCO badge. I explained that I am not a taxi driver and that this discount was provided by my company. Despite my explanation, he continued to argue, refused to assist me, and outright declined to provide his name, forcing me to take a picture of him for reference.
If IMO has changed its policy regarding discount eligibility, that needs to be clearly communicated to existing users. It?s unacceptable to treat loyal customers this way. IMO, you need to train your staff on customer service and ensure they handle situations like this more professionally. I am extremely dissatisfied and hope this matter is addressed.

went in for a casual car wash and when i came up he was very rude for no reason. as a uber driver i have a discount for car washes and was not letting me use it. such bad customer service and rude staff. honestly a shocking place to give your car in for a wash.

Wish I?d have looked at the reviews first. Fat guy spraying at the front needs a holiday and a raise, honestly I feel sorry for him as he?s a cocky rude knob but I?ll let it slide. Then post machine no one to be seen and the wash itself was the worst I?ve ever seen , at home cleaning the rest myself, was not even going to use this place as I go on Forest road and always get a good clean but these lot are a bunch of losers.

Went to the car wash today to get my car washed, the gentleman was very rude and had a disgusting attitude. Swore at me, threatened me with a metal rod saying he will hit me with it, blew cigarette smoke on my face and said ?watch what I do to you? then told me to go home. Police was called, filed a case against him.
