This pharmacy is incredibly unreliable? patients consistently don't receive medications on time. It's concerning that they fail to grasp the potential life-threatening consequences of missed doses. The phone line is always ? busy?, and when I visited them in person, I was informed it hadn't been working that week. But, the phone line has been like this for months!! This poses a serious issue for housebound individuals awaiting medication. Despite the claim of new management, the service has only worsened. The management and operations of this pharmacy are shocking!

A friend of mine has been trying to phone them and the phone is not answered. He's recuperating from a stomach operation and needs his medication. When he's been along to collect it (in pain when walking) it's not been available. He has to keep walking there to check each day as no-one contacts him. Why can't this pharmacy do deliveries to bed-ridden people, or those unable to collect? Other pharmacies offer this service. Come on Day Lewis this is just terrible service to your local community. People will be leaving you and going somewhere else if you don't improve your service!

Booked a private flu jab only to be told on the day that they don't have the vaccine in stock currently. Very unprofessional service (or rather lack thereof) and no accountability at all. If you can't offer the service there must be a way to not accept appointments even if they are booked through a central system or cancel appointments in advance.

Booked through the patient access system for a travel vaccine. Rushed there from work and turned up to find they don't even do them anymore! No accountability taken - told me it's the issue of the patient access service! No!! It's their issue, as they should not still be signed up to there if they no longer offer the service! Refused to write down the complaints email/number when I asked - she told me to google it! Appalling customer service.

Extremely pathetic pharmacy , never send message about prescription is ready to collect . Take aloooottt of waiting time to give prescription medicines. Nost of times their system is down so you need to come back another time to collect your prescription. Calls never answered always busy

They never pick up the phone, called ten times in a row, first 5 rang through and they hung up every time, next 5 they changed the voicemail to they?re busy.

I have been turn away today by a male member of staff , when i asked about the blood pressure monitoring, the man told me that they dont do it on Saturday , when checked the web site its says otherwise very disappointing about the lack of communication and disinformation from this member of staff

Went in today for some emergency epilepsy medication for my son. There was a massive storm happening outside and shops up and down Wood Street were flooding. Inside this pharmacy however I received fantastic, friendly and caring service and was relieved to find that they actually held stock for the medications my son needs as opposed to other pharmacies where there is a 2-3 day wait. They also stay open an extra half an hour to 18:30 week nights and an extra hour and a half on Saturday's - critical to people trying to pick something up on their way home from work or fitting in a visit around a hectic weekend.

An amazing place to do Work Experience at. I did Work Experience at Day Lewis for two weeks, during the Summer and I enjoyed it. The staff at Day Lewis are super friendly and helpful. The skills I learned while I was there are quite useful and beneficial for everyday life. I will recommend Day Lewis to Secondary School Students, who are finding it hard to find any Work Experience.
