Co-op offers excellent value for members, with weekly deals through the members app. The discounts are genuinely useful, especially on essentials. Only drawback is being limited to just two offers at a time?would be great to have more flexibility. Still a solid local shop choice.

Poor quality service - Staff deliberately allow for the coffee machine not to work in the moring. I have stopped here twice in the morning to get a coffee only to be told that the machine is not working.When else are customers going to purchase coffee? At midnight? Fix it!

Don't know why the staff is too lazy to come to serve the customers at till. Always says go to self checkout which does not work properly and wasted our time. The manager is so rude. When I went to check out,he asked me to use the self checkout. I said it won't work properly. Still he told me to use the self checkout saying he will help me. The sad thing is it was not working again even though he could not know how to use it ? Then he asked me to come to till, served me a very angry face and the way he closed the till very loudly and soo rude and also before I packed my things he called the next customer to come. He had no patients at all. I had a very bad experience from this shop. Thinking not to go back to this co-op again.

I was doing shopping at Co operative billet road the Manager was complaining to customer here staff is not good along with nonsense behavior.He says he does whole work in the shop staff is not helpful which is not possible?Staff seems to me nice polite hard working and friendly with customers.How comes Manager talks with customers about his own staff never seen like that management before it?s kind of Joke.Also I heard this from my Friends he (manager) was talking to them as well he is such a creep.Self checkout is rubbish they tell us to use this most of the time no staff at the Till? it waste customers time.

Self service check outs are always off/ slow or broken and store seems to just open when they feel like it.Says 6am on the door but several times now have arrived at 7am and isn?t open.Staff are friendly enough but seem understaffed

I live local and use all the time. Staff are great. I am especially grateful for everything they did during the pandemic - they worked hard to keep our community fed and watered.I can always get what I need.
