We were served by Victoria today and we’re looking for school shoes for my little sister. Victoria was really attentive to our needs and incredibly kind (calling my sister Princess’), helpful and provided an excellent service. Thank You Victoria!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the shop manager! My toddler touched some shoes and dropped a pair (which I had every intention of picking up) the manager began saying ‘ can you tell your child to stop we are understaffed and I will not be picking this up’.
