I wnt to CEX to trade in my apple pen and he told me two hours until the tech guy came!! And I asked if the fact I came last time at 5 PM and they send the technician home!!!! They asked me come back on other day and I did and they told me wait 2 hours to check an apple pen which is the equivalent to a rubber pointing stick which can work on touch screen!!!!!! The manager said book him for 25 minutes but the staff member refused to claim responsibility especially with witnesses present when he said it?s 2 hours wait because the technician is on a break. Well should you not have a technician cover the technician!!!??? Poor management and hostile customer service with a worker who does not follow the managers orders and and claims all issues are guests fault!!! Please avoid!!!!

We had a really good time! We bought two PC games for a really low price and one of the employees (Nedas) was super nice and friendly. Will definitely shop in this place again :)

Earlier today, I visited intending to purchase a few new games; however, upon entering the store, I encountered quite a toxic smell, which left me feeling quite ill after leaving. I'm writing this with concerns about the stores current condition, I've visited this specific store before and haven't encountered any issues until today but I do not believe that the store should be open to the public when there are fumes that could be potentially hazardous to not only customers but the staffs health also. It makes me wonder whether I should revisit CEX, considering that this is a health hazard. I hope this issue may be resolved soon.

I always end up finding what I'm looking for in a technology Centre. Gaming sense here. They always have what I need and with good prices whenever we're going there. The service is really nice. The staff are really easy to approach and they do approach you if you need help as well. The only criticism I have for it is that when you're sending something to them they offer really low prices. But aside from that really good

Absolutely ridiculous experience ? I would never recommend this store.
Their second-hand phone recycling process is completely unprofessional, and the staff attitude is unbelievably poor. Is this really how your manager trains you to treat customers?
I was selling my phone without a cable, which other places had no problem with ? they simply deducted a bit from the price. But here, the staff first insisted I bring the cable. After going out of my way to bring it, they suddenly came up with a bunch of excuses saying the cable ?wasn?t acceptable.?
To make matters worse, they even told me my phone was 128GB when it?s actually 256GB ? completely unreliable. It wasn?t until I pointed it out that they corrected themselves. How unprofessional can a store be?
This place is a joke. I honestly hope it shuts down soon.Never be so mad like this.Fraud,told me to bring the cable line and ask the manager to tell me this cannot be used? Swindler.Do you think my time is useless and how dare you don?t brave to admit what you just said.
Guess what? I would rather give my phone to my friend without payment rather than sell it here.
I know the reason why you get such low rate because of your mean staff and unprofessional manager.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this mess of a shop.

Absolutely fraud shop with unconfident staff. I bring my son?s Nintendo switch for sale and firstly being told that price for that will be around £170 (our console was with original packaging, full set, extra controller in absolutely outstanding condition, no scratches, no damages), then staff said that they need about 45 minutes to check the console and reset it, so me and son was wondering around and waiting when this 45 minutes passed. Then when we came to get our money staff said that price is dropped down and now this console worth £120! And he couldn?t explain why this price dropped, definitely not because of condition of Nintendo switch, probably inflation eat this money for 45 mins. So I felt robbed twice! First my time was robbed for 45 mins, secondly the price difference from £170 to £120. Btw they sell second hand Nintendo switch same as my son?s but in worse condition for £235! Of course I rejected to sell this item for them for this ridiculous price offer and they gave me back my boxed console. By the time I came back home I realised that adapter and HDMI cable was missed from the box! So they robbed me 3rd time! When I came back to shop again with complain about missing items staff didn?t even apologised for their actions towards me and my son, they gave back my missing items but with the face like they do favour to me.
AVOID THIS SHOP IF U CAN!!!
