Absolutely appalling customer service, they sell you the wrong stuff (consciously) and when you realise and go back after less than an hour they refuse to exchange it. The lady called Reem was unwilling to help or even listen and offered a shameful service that I had to report to head office as a formal complaint. Moreover They have different prices online and in stores and the price on the shelf is not the same as what is scanned at the till. Avoid at all costs.

I went there 10 days ago and the blonde, long hair lady on No7 was not very pleasant. The way she speaks to customers is unbelievable. My daughter said why she is shouting. Then we started to talk to another lady( derya) and she was helpful and quite pleasant.

Other staff are helpful and quite pleasant however, the young girl on pharmacy is horrible. The way she speaks to customers is unbelievable. On many occasions I have been to collect my prescription and she is so rude. She needs serious training and to learn basic manners

Pharmacy is a joke, I was waiting for 15 min for advice which is fine, I do understand they are busy. But after 15 min lady get her head from the back office and start shouting who needs advice ?!I was trying to show her my doctor notes what I need but she didn?t even look. She recommended me tablets which are not working for me and only giving me sides effects, shortness of breath and chest pain. I was trying to explain her that I already try that but she didn?t even listen.Avoid, at all cost, that women she will kill someone one day ?

Worst experience, They said boots open at 9:00, and the sticker was just to the door, I reached them at 9:05, they were closed I waited for another 20 minutes, I left at 9:25 and they were not open yet.I was in extreme hurry because I need to get urgent issues and go catch my work on time. i ended up looking in nearby pharmacies and I reached 45 minutes late on my work due to their unprofessionalism, even though the staff are inside the place whole the time.Worst ever
