Dr Chris is great and is very kind, knowledgable and patient. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Nurse Naomi was also wonderful.

Whoever owns this business beware that your telephone call handlers will ruin your business with their arrogant/snobbish tone.They try to force services on customers that you don't ask for. (Dishonesty)The manager is never around to speak to cos apparently she is an area manager.When you insist they try and throw all sorts of obstacles and pretend to be too stupid to think.They ask you to email the area manager in order to get a call back (at her convenience- they add that in the sentence). So maybe speaking to customers is such an inconvenience.(arrogance).But maybe this is what you have instructed them to do. And in that case they are good employees carrying out your instructions.Please note: I am a paying customer. I don't get any sort of welfare. So I can go elsewhere and pay.

Sara and Noemi at Wallington Smiles is so amazing that I bring all of my family to see this dynamic duo! Recently I?ve brought my uncle who has Down syndrome and learning difficulties. I can?t express how wonderful Sara & Noemi have been with him and how Sara has tailored his treatments and given extra care, time and attention without me having to ask or explain! They always go above and beyond and are very experienced and skilled at what they do. We just wouldn?t go anywhere else now. Thank you so much! Caroline & Kenneth

Ripped me off. Had a crown paid nearly £1000 it broke a few weeks later they shaved the crown down but did not replace it...a year later it broke again now they want me to pay again.luckily I have found another more competent dentist. Avoid private treatment here.

I went here last week for a check up and I was also charged for a scale and polish without asking for it. That?s fine, I needed it, but please ask first. I was booked in for today, and I came all the way from Wimbledon, on a horrible rainy day and with bad traffic.I called the practice to let them know I will be late around 5 mins and they said it is okay. Unfortunately, it was 10 mins, out of my powers. The dentist sent me home saying they can?t do a filling in 20 minutes, because there is another person booked. I am disappointed. What about my time and the fuel!? And my tooth is still bad. Not cool!

Send out messages of offers for cleaning but when you phone to book start adding other things to push the price up! Lady on the phone, owner? a bit perfunctory.Looking at the reviews don?t seem to be leaving a lot of people smiling !!

Probably the worst + most overpriced dental practive I have ever been to! Avoid!!I am quite experienced with dental treatment and it's so obvious this place is intent on ripping people off!

Probably the worst dental practice in the area with no professionalism. Went there for examination and dentist hardly spent more than 5 minutes discussing my concern at a cost of £58.They just try to push you for more expensive treatments and I genuinely feel most of the 5* reviews are from there friends and family members.I will be complaining to Dental Complains Services

I had an appointment today at 12PM and rang in to inform that I was running late by 10 minutes. I was seen by Jolanta who mentioned that the cleaning is £45 which was not mentioned previously. On my last visit, I only paid £29 so I asked her why it was £45. She replied saying that the offer has finished! I didn?t care much about the price and agreed to whatever it was as I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned.The experience I had with Jolanta was absolutely appalling. While scaling my teeth she was very very rough, my jaw and gums are terribly sore. Never, have I experienced this kid of a service. I have been to multiple dentists across London and no one was ever rough like her. I don?t understand the need for being so rough and rushing to finish. If the cause for her behaviour was me being late they should have rearranged it and not harm me in this way.My two previous experiences at Wallington Smiles Dentist was exceptional which is the reason why I have travelled all the way from east London. Those were with two other dentists and they have done a fantastic job.The encounter with Jolanta has disappointed me so much that I no longer want to visit this dental practice anymore.Thank you Jolanta for you terribly unacceptable service!

Excellent work by Sara and Noemi - having a broken tooth is not fun at all, but the work done to correct this was outstanding - the whole process was virtually pain free, very quick and both Sara and Noemi deserve recognition for how professional, friendly and reassuring they were. Thank you both for making this a pleasant experience.

Had a very unprofessional experience at this place.DO NOT FALL FOR OFFERS.Visited as they had called me about this offer GBP69 for examination and scale plus polish, had verified twice over phone that 69 will include full scale and polish.Once on dentist's chair (ms borana), was told scale/polish that is part of offer wont be of any help. I need to do deep scale/polish it will cost more. she looked at some paperwork and said will cost 99.I already took time off work to come here, paid for parking I thought it was highly unprofessional to ask for more money when i am lying on the dentist chair. i agreed.When I looked at my receipt after I made the payment, it said airflow, i said why does it not say proper scale and polish and the receptionist said you had airflow. well, i never agreed to any airflow, neither have i ever heard this word before and nor was it used by the dentist.This whole experience of extorting more money on the name of running special offers is so annoying. The examination bit had taken only 5 minutes and was charged 39 for it.I am under 40yr and I go for clean up every 9 months and I can clearly tell this place is just fleecing people.I complaint to the receptionist then and there and called up next day and was promised a manager would call but no one has called to date.

Sara and Noemi were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable all through the work being done on my tooth. They explained everything in depth and also reassured me , made me feel calm .They are both very hard working , dedicated to their profession and I must say an asset to the practice.

Awful service, they rip you off, and the lady who did my teeth hurt me without apology even when I told her.Rip off service, and all liesThey are just in it for the moneyWhen I went to my usual dentist he told me that they lied about my gums being in bad condition, he said that they are perfect, and he did my treatment for a fraction of the price
