I visited this dentist for a series of treatment over last summer, the place is very old, you fall down the back of the sofa in the waiting room. The dentist herself is experienced but just seemed everything was rushed, I had a dentil plan from my work yet she kept trying to push private treatment on me. Just observing on the numerous visits I had that that there patients were not the first priority. The dentist missed her vocation in life she should have been a car dealer, she would have cleaned up?

Dreadful practice. My husband in his 70s went here to get some teeth removed and asked about dentures. Got told don't do those anymore but can do it private. But wanted £600. Awful practice amd dentist was extremely arrogant.

So angry woman there talk to me so rude and disgusting because my baby is sick I had to cancel she talk down to me and told me go find different dentist oh because my daughter was sick how dare she talk to me like a piece of rubbish very angry

My daughter left here in tears tonight, as she was insulted by the dentist about her weight. Plus even after asking at the time of making appointment if they were taking new NHS patients and being told yes. To be told rudely by the dentist that the surgery was only taking private patients.

Shockingly bad behaviour here.The practice appears only to be interested in making money.My parents (both in their 70s) have had terrible experiences on a number of occasions. Inadequate anaesthetic for fillings, rough handling, pushing for unnecessary extractions over conserving healthy teeth, (over)charging for services not fully provided - I could go on.Would prefer to give zero stars.Avoid at all costs.

I had booked an appointment in the morning for the day and showed up on time. I confirmed it with the reception and waited in the room for around 45 minutes before the dentist called for me and told me that she had no time for me. She also told me to leave and come back at night or wait for an additional 30 minutes. I left and called 111 instead. These sorts of things always happen. They are too incompetent.

Registered and was able to get a same day appointment for a tooth that was causing ulcers. The dentist was great, really thorough and answered all my questions and was able to book me in to have it removed the next week which went smoothly and am now pain free. Thanks!

Had to attend in an emergency. KT was brilliant. Explained what the cause of my problem was. Recommended a treatment plan. Mouth has been a lot more comfortable.
