A great location, with a useful shop. A Coop has recently been added, providing another alternative small outlet in Wallington to visit. The only reason I've knocked a star off which admittedly might be slightly harsh but I also feel needs to be addressed, is that on my most recent visit, the man who I assume was security, was a bit too quick to jump in with a slightly snappy, hostile attitude whilst I was browsing and proceeded to follow me to the exit.
I am very, very sympathetic as I can imagine it's a very difficult job, and there must be an awful lot of people who play the system and really get abusive and aggressive, but as someone who is about as genuine a stickler to the rules as you can get, it was unpleasant to feel judged and made to feel like a criminal within seconds of browsing, which makes things go too far the other way and puts off genuine law abiding customers off too. Unfortunately it will make me a bit more reluctant to visit here despite the convenient location. Having said that, the branch as a whole is good to have and serves the community.

Was served by Jathavan today, who got me on the shell app. He was very informative and knowledgeable which saved me money in the end. He wasn?t pushy which had my whole experience be a lovely one.

It?s 22:50 and pump close already.
It?s not the 1st time, I request to management that please update the new business hours or make sure that their staff work honestly.

I have used this fuel station multiple times. Every time without fail - screen washer or vacuum doesn't work. And you can only find out once you have paid for it. The payment device is configured in a way that by the time you react - it virtually reset the payment request. Which means you loose the payment already done. Staff at the fuel station are or no help at all. They simply wash their hand and not interested to look into the issue at all.
One star is the maximum I can give - else I would have given even less. Avoid this place like a plague.

The Karcher car wash sounds cool but if you like to wash off bird poo on your car then go somewhere else. After the unsatisfying wash I was told by the staff at the till it doesn?t wash off bird poo! What a waste of money!

I was hit with a PCN of £100 just for using the services as it took me more than 30 minutes. I was using multiple services. I won't be using this petrol station again.

I always find them pretty friendly here. But the prices aren't keen, and it would be nice if there were a cash machine.

Their timing is 6 to 11.But always they close 10:30.Unacceptable.I visited on 02/11/23 at 11:46 but it was closed. They blocked the entrance and shutters was down as well. It?s not the first time. Mostly they close way before 11. If your timings has been changed then you must update on Google as well.

Filled petrol for over £110, filled air, used the vacuum and got a PCN bill for £100 because the time at the premises was 48 mins!! No one to contact and no information provided.Never going there again.
