I give 1 star to this Wallington branch only just because a member with the name "Terri" has ruins my Friday. The customer-centric culture philosophy didn't exist on that Friday

Please don’t use the machines outside! Twice I’ve tried to make a cash deposit and the machine has swallowed my money. Had to submit a dispute form and wait for my money, I was told it would take a day but didn’t receive the money for a week. Staff cannot help as they cannot access machines themselves.
