I received a voice message to say that someone was trying to take £900 from my account. I was waiting in the phone for 20 mins and someone shut their phone on me. This has happened several times and I am not impressed with their customer service. I hope for their sake that my money is safe in their bank.

I have been dealing with this branch for the last 6 years. Always helpful and friendly. Greeted with.a smile and never a bad experience. I have been with nationwide for nearly 30 years and never had a bad experience. Even during Covid, the staff dealt with matters very well.

I have been visiting this store for over 20 years and have always been looked after. My children and grandchildren have their accounts here too. They haven?t lost their personal touch like the rest other banks. Mona knows me very well and keeps me up to date on the latest rates.

Was queuing up outside with 2 other people, someone then put a sign on door saying closed till 12:25. Really not helpful, I needed to pay in to my account and was told me go someone where else or wait 30 mins! Not helpful as I just wasted my work lunch break for this. Glad I don't have to use this branch often. Very poor service

It was long queue outside but they opend only one counter, it took more than 30 minutes on queue. Another counter simply closed .
