Third time my family and I are sick after eating from KFC Wallington!
Seems to be some serious cross contamination going on along with old food being served. That's the third and final strike, never again. I just feel silly that it's happened before and yet I ordered from here again.

17 minute wait for 3 mini wraps! Maybe mention to customers that you need to cook to order. Kinda defeats the idea of fast food.

KFC Wallington has very kind staff and really nice food. The food was cooked really quickly. And I Mean REALLY Quickly. I was astounded but we could not eat in because there were no tables at all but apart from that really good KFC chain ?

Your delivery drivers are shameful they didn?t come with my food which was for children may I add but they probably still got paid as the marked it delivered without even coming I will never order from here again

Appalling service, 20 minute wait time for a single meal. The store staff seemed overworked and under a lot of pressure. They were overwhelmed with large online orders so the little collection ones were getting missed. Won?t be back in a hurry.

Did a click and collect order for my lunch break. Looked clean inside. They lady who served me greeted me with a smile upon my approacg and provided napkins without me asking and gave me the pieces i requested .
Food was fast. Customer service was great.
Parking: There is parking available right outside which is convenient to collect and go.

Refused to serve me the chicken pieces I requested like I do without any problems at any other KFC and this one previously even though they said they had the pieces but not enough of them. Asia the the team leader walked away from me and sent out Sadia (whos name I got from another colleague of hers because she refused to give it to me and was not wearing a name badge) who was also rude to me and said I have to wait 40 mins. I am sure the staff attitude and not cooking enough chicken is not acceptable for KFC standards however I do think they had the pieces but just did not want to give me the pieces I had requeasted and I am baffled as to why this was the case.

Always get nice and hot food. Very fast service. Typically serves within 4 to 5 minutes.

Despite the long wait, Caleb who served us was incredibly kind to me and other customers, and patient with an overwhelmed customer. Need more people like him in the world!
