Chips had black hair in it, and the lady serving me (Preksha?) was very rude

Third time my family and I are sick after eating from KFC Wallington! Seems to be some serious cross contamination going on along with old food being served. That's the third and final strike, never again. I just feel silly that it's happened before and yet I ordered from here again.
