A busy Greggs which often has a queue - but the staff work hard and fast to keep it moving and the wait time is very short. Really good selection of products that the team keep on top of, baking more goods to ensure you've the choices you'd expect from a Greggs. A world apart from the poor experience in Greggs Caterham!

I recently visited the Greggs bakery and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by Tina. Not only was she extremely efficient and helpful, but her kindness truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure that my order was exactly what I wanted and even recommended some delicious treats that I hadn't tried before.
Tina's warm smile and genuine concern for the customers made me feel valued and appreciated. She took the time to engage in friendly conversation and made me feel right at home. It's rare to come across such exceptional customer service these days, but Tina truly exemplified what it means to go the extra mile for customers.
I left Greggs that day feeling satisfied and happy, all thanks to Tina's exceptional service. She is a true asset to the team and I will definitely be returning to the bakery thanks to her kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Tina, for making my experience at Greggs a memorable one!

Worst customer service I have ever seen, the attitude was disgraceful from one of the female supervisors I believe after I made a simple mistake for my order. What makes matters worse is that I actually work at Greggs, she proceeds to tell me ?You work at Greggs why are you making that mistake?.
This has happened before in this specific shop and in many cases I have said nothing, however this needs to be addressed as at the moment I don?t think I will be buying Greggs from this store again.

Went here today -very busy, very untidy - The toilet was like an old disgusting public loo with something very nasty around the rim !!Disgusting and unhealthy for a food outlet!

Awful service. I do not need to be shouted at halfway across the shop in front of other members of the public by a staff member for the fact I sat down when she asked me if my food order was "take away." I only go here for conveniences, not the staff welcome.

I rarely go to Greggs in Wallington, but I enjoyed my visit there especially when I was going to plan to post a Birthday card for my cousin Oliver's 31st Birthday last month.
