Was in the cafe yesterday and noticed the staff who making the coffee was very inappropriate dressed her jeans were fallen down and obviously her underwear was showing i was a bit shocked in seeing this why proper uniform not worn

a nice spot for a coffee and a cake if you I've got kids as there's a play area. was surprised that you have to pay for jam and cream separately when ordering a scone. the coffee is okay and the staff are nice.

Food here is generally very good. Big choice of cakes and treats, also has a restaurant selling hot meals and sandwiches etc.
The service tends to be very slow in the cafe?s. So sometimes you spend a long time queueing for drink etc. restaurant is table service so is a bit better.

A lovely garden centre cafe. If you get the membership (£15 a year I think) you'll get 2x free hot drinks and month and other discounts in store. Great breakfasts and I'll be back for the roast dinner!

Quality of the coffee could have been a little better. However the staff were friendly and the atmosphere is great on a sunny day.

Overall, this is a good gardening centre and usually has everything an amateur gardener needs.
I like the fact you can do some weekly food shopping due to the Waitrose section and well stocked butchers.
One downside is that it takes ~3 business days to buy anything at the Café within the main gardening centre - Dobbies should create an express till, so that people buying bottled drinks/Cans or fridge sandwiches can pay in a different queue to the tea/coffee/cake people - which takes ages.

Not very happy with Dobbies waterfall Cafe
Attended to get some food before shopping, and I waited to be seated and was ignored for at least 10-15 minutes, and at that point I just walked away and went somewhere else.
There were empty tables and people walking around but no one was servicing me, either short staffed or oblivious to the fact I was there
Would not recommend.

The furniture in cafes needs cleaning/replacing! Plants generally expensive, so use money to upgrade the cafes!

40 min wait on queue to pay for a sandwich, the staff were in zombi world, the don?t care about customers. Its annoying and ruins your day.

The staff are pleasant and hard working, but they just can't seem to cope with the demand. I stood for more than 20 minutes from ordering to collecting my coffee and cake. In the end, I had to find a chair to sit in as the wait was exhausting following a long walk around the garden centre.
