Went in for a walk in flu jab, was told they don't do walk ins. They do. And was then told they didn't have time, I was the only customer in the store at that point...Bit of common sense would have been great, rather than laziness.

Went in to see if my prescription was there and got met with discrimination.Was it because I'm black or male or taller or more educated in how to communicate. Possibly all of them in my opinion more leaning to racism if I'm honest. I noticed that no other customer at the time got interrupted while speaking. There was a white man, white woman, black woman and others I can't remember. But they were all able to have positive dialogue and conversation and left calm. Why not me ...........hmmmm.I say it's down their upbringing and not being educated on how to conduct themselves when at work or jus in general how to communicate and socialise.AVOID THIS BOOTSTo avoid experiencing REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Really great, you can recycle skincare and beauty products here and there is a pharmacy and you can get a lot of travel sized items. It's a small store so you don't get a great range of skincare/makeup as you would with a big store.

Amazing member of staff working i believe her name is Hennaa. She found the products i was looking for and even carried my shopping basket. She was very helpful and kind and looked after me. She provided me with the best customer service i have ever received in any other Boots stores. Truly a hardworking young girl and an Asset to the Business.

Nice store. Has a lot of range of products. But never on the shelves for purchase. It?s always tomorrow or later in the week when I ask but it never arrives.Staff don?t want to rush to tills to serve you and you need to ask them to jump on the till to serve you. Didn?t ask for a boots advantage card and made a face when i handed it over to her.Local and convenient.
