Argos ! How dare you sell fake products ( overpriced as well)? 'In car fast charger' -7h and 35 min to charge my phone, basicaly much slower than integrated usb from my van( 2h 25 min).I would like a reply before I contact BTS.Scammers

Since opening I have nothing but praise for the staff at this branch. Every occasion I have had excellent customer service and nothing is never too much.

Unfortunately the member of staff that served me today was rude and unhelpful, I am in agreement with previous reviews that have been posted regarding this branch, a course in customer service would prove beneficial.

Deliberately sold me a faulty product!The Christmas tree I bought, the pre-lit lights didn?t work on the top half of the tree. I was suspicious that this product was returned by another customer, as one magically came back in stock despite being sold out completely in every Argos store in my region. The badly taped box, also gave it away.However, I never thought Argos would deliberately undersell a product to a customer. They should of at least made it clear that it was a FAULTY product.

Unfortunately the staff are completely unhelpful. They need training in customer service. Item will be returned and I will not be using you again. In a competitive sales market, you would think they would try a little harder to keep hold of the few customers they have left.

Absolutely diabolical & Terrible customer service , took over 40 minutes and 4 different staff members to tell me my full order is not here even though it was meant to be ready to collect at 9.am and the order was done the day before.I waited while about 5 other customers came and collected their order.After waiting all that time with poor communication from initial lady that served me ,I got told that 1 of the items was not in store and 2 was and they said they cannot put through the till and give me those items even, even though I had paid for them! They said I can get a full refund and then purchase the 2 items again they do have in store. Got sent to the self service counter to do the transaction with the product numbers made my purchase and left. Staff and service ruined my day of what was meant to be a special 1st birthday for my niece. Management need to manage staff better and customer service needs to Improve.I won?t recommend this place to anyone, won?t be going back there.

Disgusted by the customer service there, the rudest person I've ever met, so disrespectful, so arogant.The lady answered to no questions, it looked like she didn't know how to do her job and definitely doesn't enjoy her job at all. She has no skills of dealing with people. I will avoid going there even if I shop quite a lot from Argos and it's the most convenient as it's the closest.

Atrocious customer service, never again will I go anywhere near this place, not that they would care anyway. Argos, please train your staff accordingly, I also suspect you do not treat or pay them well enough as it is. Absolutely no idea how to run a business, disgraceful to the extreme, disgusting.

Easy service slow as some know some system fault but staff are kind was served by a young woman libby and she was fantastic very polite and seemed to know what she was doing looked like she was left in charge and still managed to serve me. I couldn't get my item die to them not being able to find it but she went the extra mile found me a similar item and the whole way through adults arguing next to her she was polite and cheerful and seemed to lighted the mood for her workers. All staff were great

Placed an order for collection on Fast Track. Their system is down and the order has gone into no man's land (nobody can find it). This was a Christmas present for my toddler. Be aware! Fast Track means Slow Track at this branch. Any order you place you will get it next day not the same day. Save your time and go to other some other collection point.
