Staff were unhelpful and a bit rude. I asked about a book and the staff didn?t care to check, she just said that they don?t have the book. The books aren?t ordered properly as well, I saw staff just randomly inserting books in the wrong spots. I wouldn?t go here for books ever again.

Panini football cards sold here. However, they are behind the till and you can really browse or see them up close unless you ask. I understand why, but not ideal.
They have a printer cartridge section at the back, which saves you a journey out of town.

Very nice workers but the quality of the 'premium' notebooks is really bad honestly. I've got my GCSEs and I've used a page and the pages are already falling out.

Post office on first floor. 5 counters, only 1 open at any time for service. Average queue wait time is over an hour. This is the only Post Office in Central Uxbridge High Street. Unacceptable. Avoid unless you cannot easily make your way to another Post office.

Terrible, rude and unprofessional piece of work behind the counter!!!!! Never seen so awful customer service anywhere. "Lady" picks up the phone with angry tone and end up the call immediately saying she's busy didn't even listen what you say ! Do something about it just sorry for your experience doesn't enough....

Visit today 06/05/22.Unprofessional, terrible customer service. The manager was extremely unhelpful, very cold to my enquiries, no help or whatsoever. It was like talking to an ice wall.Came out so upset and angry about the whole situation.
