I have been visiting Wagamama for almost 20 years or even more. I must say I have never been disappointed as a matter of fact it is my first go to restaurant. Unfortunately I had one of the worst experiences when I visited Wagamama Uxbridge. I have never tested food which is this bad. All food had oil floating over the place. The vegan chicken was full of oil. Katsu curry didn't have any taste. Hot curry had small black things in it. Which tested like something burnt. Never again to Wagamama Uxbridge. Drive few miles more and go to Windsor or High Wycombe

Outstanding Service at Wagamama - A Delightful Experience
Visited Wagamama on Saturday with my family, and I must say, the staff completely transformed our dining experience. A special shout-out to Prasan and Bhavi, who went above and beyond to ensure that we all had a wonderful time.
As someone who isn?t particularly a fan of Japanese cuisine, I was initially unsure of what to order. However, thanks to the patience and guidance of Prasan and Bhavi, they recommended dishes that suited my palate perfectly?and I ended up really enjoying the meal!
My wife and I brought along our two children, who are notoriously fussy eaters, but the friendly and helpful demeanor of these two servers worked wonders. They interacted with our kids and made excellent suggestions, making sure that even the little ones enjoyed their food.
We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Donburi, Vegan Yasai Yaki Soba with rice noodles, Chicken Ramen, Yaki Soba with chicken and prawns, Bang Bang Cauliflower, and Shitake Itsumami. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and with their recommendations, it felt like each item was tailored to our preferences.
The attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care shown by Prasan and Bhavi turned what could have been an average meal into an exceptional dining experience. Wagamama is lucky to have such amazing staff. Highly recommended, and I?ll definitely consider coming back with my family again!

Jay was SO helpful. Her kindness and aura definitely stood out. We didn?t have to wait long at all for our food and she was always there if we had any questions and always checking if we were alright and if we needed anything. I wish every restaurant had service like Jay provided

Never order food takeout. Obviously hire new cooks as they can?t even do noodles right. Cold squid and uncooked noodles is just insane how are you that bad at your job
