I don?t really recommend Vision Express. I was told my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks or faster but I had to wait more than 3 weeks. They advertise a 100-day guarantee, but it starts from the purchase date, not from when you actually receive the glasses, which doesn?t seem fair.
I bought branded glasses but didn?t get a branded case ? they just gave me a random one. On top of that, the frames had small marks on the handles, which is disappointing considering how expensive they were.
Overall, I?m not happy with the quality.

Went back to the store for a new pair of glasses with an offer from Head Office, but the staff knew nothing about the offer until I showed them my email. Was quick and easy to select new frames and was fitted by the staff in next to no time. Very satisfied with the help.

Staff very friendly and helpful, so what I am about to say is no reflection on them. What I don't like is that because I used a voucher from work, am not entitled to a 50% discount on another pair if ordered within 30 days. And as your frames are on the expensive side, shame. As I am already entitled to a free eye test will be going to the other high street chain from now on.

Service from vision express itself was brilliant but I wish I could say that about the sales assistant that served me and took my order .she was knowledgeable but wanted to sell you the most expensive glasses she could and once I had paid for my order. She didn't want to know telling my mrs who needed a appointment for eye test also to book it on line .also when I attended the store to pick up my glasses she 1told me to take a seat and someone will come to help me .then walked off to go and serve a new customer as she already had my money .but apart from that very good service from vision express and happy with my glasses at the moment

I went for an eye test at vision express. The reception and technical staff were very polite when I first went in. When I had my eyes tested, the optician who tested my eyes was very professional and kept me informed what she was doing and answered my concerns about the pressure in my eyes. As I had just brought my glasses two years before she did not put any pressure on me to change my glasses which I find some other opticians will try and make you change your glasses even if it?s not necessary.
I was quite pleasantly surprised that vision express is not like some of the other opticians on the high street who will try and make you change your glasses every time you have an eye test. I will definitely recommend Vision Express for the professional and good service they give.
