I don’t really recommend Vision Express. I was told my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks or faster but I had to wait more than 3 weeks. They advertise a 100-day guarantee, but it starts from the purchase date, not from when you actually receive the glasses, which doesn’t seem fair.
Went back to the store for a new pair of glasses with an offer from Head Office, but the staff knew nothing about the offer until I showed them my email. Was quick and easy to select new frames and was fitted by the staff in next to no time. Very satisfied with the help.
