I went to your Uxbridge branch UB10 0PH on 09.01.24 at 1446hrs and was served by a staff member called Dolton. I have to commend this staff. I am so happy he was there to help as I could not make a decision on wall tiles. It took us a long time searching for the colour and design. He is so patient, understanding, caring, and knows how to look after your customers. That helped in making my decision. I was looking for wall tiles for my kitchen. He looked after us very well. Thank you so much, Dolton, and well done, Topps Tiles. Please keep up your excellent service. My kitchen tiles are done, and I love them.

Slow about 50% of the times I've used them. I last ordered for collection so I could see what takes them so long. They told me to come in 20 minutes. When I arrived my pizza was only just going into the pizza. Based on the number of order slips they had hanging up they didn't seem that busy. Not sure what the delay is due to.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tops Tiles to choose tiles for my bathroom renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The staff at Tops Tiles were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, particularly when it came to choosing the perfect tiles for my project.I ended up going with the Emberton Grey tiles, which Raj recommended and this has completely transformed my bathroom.
