The deputy manager named Karolina needs further training on customer service. She is horrible and no apology for the extermy long delay in the Queue. The Queue was endless and 3 members of staff of the till absolutely appalling.

rudest staff i?ve ever met. i asked them if they had jerseys and they said ?no, i don?t think so.? as i went to go ask another staff the same staff that i had asked before came up to me and said ?you?ve already asked me before why u asking again, all our staff know all the stock.?

It is a lovely new store,it is so much better than the old TK MAXX in the Pavillions. It is a bright and airy store with a nice colour scheme. The store has a lot of stock. The Easter stock is amazing. It is an amazing addition to the Chimes.
