I came into the store to pick up my new contract phone. Tim was amazing, great customer service skills! He helped talk me through both the phone and contract. If you ever visit and he's there just know you're in great hands. Thanks Tim!

Mixed view and this is my personal experience when I visited them. Others may have a different perspective. I have both good and bads. Bads: Seems under staffed. Always people walkin had to wait for sometime as 1 employee seems to be active both the days I visited. The other staff joined afterwards to assist the customers. I had to wait for at the least 30 mins. The person i met on day 1 informed me that I can't pay for the device on full, if i do so, I'll not get trade in benefits. But it was false as the very next day the other staff made the order with ease and i paid full for the device with trade in deal. So, always check with multiple staffs.
Goods: other than that other information shared by the staff were useful. He was straightforward but I was fine with it. The second staff was friendly as well guided me well. He handled the customers well.

5* for the customer service alone. Today I was served by Tim and Sameh. They were wonderful treated me with the upmost respect and got me out of a difficult situation. They were also able to charge my new power bank for me as I needed it for the day!

At the Uxbridge 3 store there's a guy his name is Tim he was very helpful when I've spoken to him over the phone yesterday and today he answered my questions very clearly, but the actual 3 customer service team I've spoken to them over the phone twice they did not help me at all.

Helped my father buy a new phone contract recently from the Three store in Uxbridge after a poor experience at the nearby EE store- customer service was great and knowledgeable (Tim, Jasmin and Paul), and the deal offered was good. In particular the friendly staff helped set up the new phone and were very patient as we had many questions.

Disappointing Customer Service ? Poor Response and Lack of Respect from Uxbridge Three Mobile
I?ve had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service from Three Sim network. The response was slow and unhelpful, with a lack of respect shown in their communication. Every time I reached out for assistance, I was met with vague answers and a dismissive attitude. It?s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I expected better from a company of this size, but sadly, the service I received was far below acceptable standards. Very disappointing!

Customer service is very very poor, really disappointed with the service, waited almost 30 minutes, IDk what the assistant were talking with others for over 30 mins.. better close down instead of wasting time of people. Totally disappointed

Bad experience with this branch. They close the branch for launch for hours and customer service was very poor.
