I was a regular visitor to the Nona Rosa until I moved out the area moved. Went back this evening with my best friend and the Nona Rosa did not disappoint. This restaurant is a gem of Uxbridge. Food was amazing, staff and service were excellent and the ambiance was just perfect. So relaxing. Great experience. Will be back soon. ?????????? experience

I went there to return my device and the manager said that we can't take your device back.I travelled to another store and they took my device.I was trying to return my device for the last 4 days.Customer service is very bad.They don't know how to do things.

Usually this restaurant is great with lovely food and service, but not yesterday! The seafood linguini dish was poor by Nonna Rosa standards. The calamari was rubbery, the mussels were over cooked. The prawns and clams were not in the dish, although should have been. When informing the staff, a plate of prawns were delivered to us, but no clams. They were apologetic and gave us a fee desert because of the omission. It was just disappointing. We usually love this place for the great food and service, but not this time. The place was packed downstairs and upstairs, and it was probably too busy for the chef to give his / her usual attention to detail.

Perfect Christmas dinner. Love the venue and the food was great. We haven't had a work Christmas party in a few years because of covid, but this made up for it!

Wonderful food- the staff are very helpful and we were very happy overall. We thought the dishes were value for money because they tasted good but also you got plenty of it. Dessert was great too and the whole place has a lovely warm feel to it. Highly recommend and we will be going back in the new year for sure.

The food here was ok. BUT 12% service charge is disgraceful. If my family thought the service was that good then they would leave a tip for the service. I just wonder how many customers have paid the service change of 12% then added another large tip on top. Would they tell you that you've already paid. ?

Nonna Rosa is a cute place with a nice ambiance. The food isn't remarkable but is pretty good. The reason this restaurant doesn't get more stars is the fact that the service is very unfriendly and borderline racist. Comments from our server included: "this is chili which you people can probably understand and handle" are really unnecessary. Our party of 5 could have overlooked the strange comments had we not had other issues with the service. Bottom line is that I doubt we'd return.

So I went to the Three Store on 23/10/2023, the shop was very busy, team members Cory and Tim were exceptional in customer service, have been to the store many times and never EVER received the most exceptional service as I did with Cory and Tim today!!! Very good with the customers. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Thank You Guys!!!

The way you dealt with my query and the compassion you gave was so outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend your excellent work performance to others who will benefit from your services.You are a great help to customers; even when customers seemed frustrated at any high level, you remained calm only to find amicable solutions to resolve their queries. Your remarkable patient problem-solving abilities and skills are highly recommended for any higher position if offered.I used this opportunity to let 3G office know, your customers should be among your priority list and their happiness should be your primary concern, and that is what Miss Gabriella and her team are doing.Despite my many emails and chats with 3G customer service and the complaint department regarding an issue of service mis-sold which happens for over four months now, everyone in 3G office both customer service and complaint departments has been so busy with different views without any better solution, but could only create an excellent opportunity for the 3G billing department to be gaining a significant and continuous share of my money in my account.The sadist part of this and to my surprise, after the great effort of Miss Gabriella and her team of detecting the issue, instead of the 3G office ofering me a better deal or refunding my money and with any compensation for their inconvenience caused, Courageously, 3G was offering me 50 pounds out of the over 300 pounds they took from my account unlawfully and as if this was the customer mistake. See my chat complaint ref 231013101456811 for evidence.As if that was not enough, 3G has made their decision of spreading the overbilling money they collected from my account over my monthly bills instead of a full refund to my bank.I would appreciate it if the management of the 3G office could review my complaint and refund me back.I believe your complaint department will not listen to me or do anything as there has never been any help and that is why I am bringing it out here.If the quality of 3G stores? employees indicates future success, then Miss Gabriella and her team play a huge role in the 3G stores' bright future. You and your staff's contribution to 3G stores due to your courteous and friendly attitude to customers, including me and your problem-solving skills has reaffirmed my loyalty to 3g stores, especially the Uxbridge branch.I commend and compliment you, especially Miss Gabriella and Mr Takell, for your professionalism.Please express my sincere appreciation to everyone in the branch; my deepest thanks.Mavis Dozie

Avoid! Plain tasteless food that's expensive for what it is. Unwelcoming and uncaring staff, everything seemed too much trouble. Wasn't impressed at all. Certainly wouldn't go back nor recommend
