Staff are always welcoming & happy to help. They go out of their way to assist with what you are looking for. My elderly mum goes in daily looking for jigsaws & Cassidy will always help with looking for ones she hasn?t done. Also working in a school it?s a great place for art & craft resources. Highly recommend this store for a friendly service!

As someone who is always in Uxbridge I always have to time to come into this shop as the staff are extremely friendly and are always there to help and give good recommendations. The store is always clear and tidy and the displays are always impressive. There are always new and interesting things in the store which are great if u have little ones. Most of the staff are great,such as Cassidy and Tricia who always recommend a great book to read and are always down for a friendly chat which is much appreciated. I would recommend these two staff to talk to for recommendations!! Great shop!!??

Had an Amazing experience visiting and exploring the wide variety of items...store welcomes and assists you discovering products, they even suggested me alternative art products and other hobbies which I can pursue in my free time. Discovering The Works was a good find for me in 2025. As a person who wasn't involved in fine arts, I wanted to start from the basics and the staffs helped me a lot. I want to thank Tushar for all his recommendation, like water paints, soduku and puzzles.It is helping me to attain patience and do something productive, rather than being involved in social media?,so thank you Tushar. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

What an amazingly packed store!! I was amazed at the massive variety of items they have and the beautiful way everything is displayed! Cassidy really helped me pick out 2 amazing gifts I needed, she knew exactly what I should get and where everything in the store is. She said she is responsible for most of the amazing displays in the store. What a real asset to your company, I hope you know!!

Can?t remember the lady?s name but it began with M I think Mavesh but it was like she was reading my wife?s mind! Extremely efficient and helpful and made are time there very pleasurable. If every shop was like this I would go shopping more ?
