Faith in humanity restored. I can not praise the staff in West Ruislip Tesco more. It is not my local shop, but last night, on my way home from my son?s swimming lesson I stopped to buy a few bits. After paying, because I had a few things to carry, I must have left my purse in the basket. I went home and I didn?t realise my purse was missing until this morning when I had to go to work. As soon as I finished, I went back to Tesco, and they handed me back my purse with all my cards and driving licence. They even went as far as trying to find my address when they found it, but it?s quite tricky to find. Their gesture brought me to tears, considering the amount of trouble I would have had to cancel all my cards, renew my driving licence, plus all the club cards for different shops. Extremely grateful.

The fact is you can park right next to the shop (free), which is amazing.
They got ATM where you can withdraw money,
pretty much having every esencial needed, so it definitely is a great asset for people living locally

Went to this Tesco store in Ickenham on 18/1/24 just before closing, received top service from a young Asian chap, forgot his name, but he went over and beyond to be able to find what I was looking for, I really appreciated it. Top customer service 10/10 ??
