The guy serving at the till (Nikesh) was very rude. He doesnt know how to talk to customers at all. He needs to be trained again on the customer service. Im a regular customer at tesco express uxbridge but never been dealt with such a rude guy.

Fuel station only has two cash pump, rest all are required to insert card or Tap, unfortunately I have tried tap and card it's does not work.
I have to face this challenge multiple times.

Absolutely appalling customer service particularly at the Till points.
There was no effort whatsoever to help despite it being clear that was struggling with the items in my hands.
Today the young girl answered back very rudely - at approx 4.30pm. She refused to understand that I had spoken to her colleague - within her earshot to explain I was leaving scanned items at the till as I'd forgotten to collect another item.
I have been struck particularly on the last two occasions I've been to the store as to how standards have fallen.
Most of the new staff stand around yawning, concentrating on their phones instead of the customers and generally providing no service whatsoever.
I believe there has been a marked deterioration in training.

Helpful staff.have to search for things.for elderly location is handy. But having to walk with reduced mobility for eggs at one end bread at the other and constant changing locations of products did painful.

The shop was already closed (22:10) even though it says that they are closing at 11pm
