really great blonde girl called Bahar directed me to the deodorant section swiftly and quickly. Lovely customer service interaction and even recommended me good makeup products. Love her!!!

Everytime I come to this Superdrug, I just feel uncomfortable.
The staff are so rude and unwelcoming and when you?re being served it?s almost as if it?s a chore for them!
I now avoid going here unless absolutely necessary.

I visited there and that was best terrible experience for me. The black female staff is a rasict. When I said hi with smile, she seemed to dispise me.
The staff member told me to bring a product with a barcode, and when I had trouble understanding her fast speech, she sighed and slammed the product down on the counter. Her rude attitude made me visibly upset, and she then told me to smile while looking at me. This behavior was completely mocking and racially discriminatory. I strongly advise anyone of Asian descent to avoid visiting this place.

Today, 10/01/25 this evening about 17:27 The lady whom I approached to serve me for pirateze , I should say busy on her mathmatical game responded me so rudely, could not stop to give this feedback.
I daughter who suffered severe allergic reactions needed antihistamine.
When i was there 1st I the queue, she gave me no attention for few minutes. I asked her if she can serve me. I did tell her the situation. Despite l, She literally responded me so rudely and walked away.
Such a bad attitude towards customers.

Rarely feel the need to praise especially in Uxbridge, however after recently picking up a click and collect order I feel the need to acknowledge the way I was treated by the staff, I wasn?t really sure what I was doing as I usually just shop on store, wasn?t sure if her name (the manager) but a lady assisted me who I?m pretty sure wasn?t even meant to be on shift. The people pit back who found my order were also extremely polite, thank you for your help, never left a retail store feeling so positive

Staff is very rude visted on 9th Nov 24 . The south Asian manager was big mouth . No respect , no sense what words to chose to talk to staff . Appalling experience. Never gonna go there . I am happy with my very local branch .

I don't visit the store very often but every time I go it's never a good experience. Nothing to say about the products and the store in general but their customer service is terrible. There is always a man, I think he is a manager, who has a rude attitude.
He was not friendly, he didn't care at all. He was rushing.
He doesn't shout, or say bad words but his voice, his tone, his way of speaking is rude.
I will try not to go in this store again unless necessary.

There is a reason why people prefer to shop online nowadays. There were 4 staff members standing around chatting, one pricing at the till and no-one serving. When I asked which till I should wait at (all empty) I was told to go to the front of the shop where one guy was serving and a massive queue.
I wonder if these girls know that if no one comes to stores anymore they will not have a job. Try and make customer service a priority and maybe people will come back.

I really like the layout of the shop - there?s so much and it?s always really tidy. I am always made slightly uncomfortable by the staff when I?m alone, however. I just feel like I?m being stared down.

I just went on my lunch break to smell some perfumes, the lady at the perfume service was extremely rude, I did not catch her name but she was a dark skinned lady that had her hair covered. no manners whatsoever. She saw I am waiting and I had to ask to be served. She served me and spoke abruptly and very rudely to me, I wanted to try some perfumes then she went on to serve someone else. I felt she was racist to me and it was a really poor unfair service, she said I can?t just wait for you to decide, she didn?t even give me a chance to decide. Considering I always biy perfumes this was the worst service I ever had, won?t be shopping in the Uxbridge store again.

Came looking for perfume. They gad a good range, but the queuing/serving system seemed a bit strange. Difficult to browse there without feeling you're in the way of others.

Amazing Customer Service by Ayushi !
I went in Uxbridge Superdrug store for the first time, and i am looking for some products and i got confused, and suddenly from staff one girl turned up name Ayushi and ask me how can i help you, she was very friendly and helpful, she was polite and helped me to find all products which i want and also gave me suggestions regarding products.
Will visit the store again.
