Autistic people cannot go into these shops! Loud music like most shops, but I had to get a bag desperately so I attempted. Instantly got hit by loud music. Even with ear plugs it's horrible, so I entered then the horrible noisy sound of radio. I was unable to approach member of staff to ask for help. I had to kinda shout from a distance to let them of the noise and how it effects me. He then turns it down. The bags are right at the back, that's just how it is unfortunately. So then I got to the back the lady at the back also had a noisy radio so I asked could u turn ur radio down she ignored me, I asked again and explained I am Austistic she ignored me I cud see the bags but cudnt think. I had to raise my voice she ignored me. I then started breaking down in tears then she finally turned it down. Then some guy guessing management asking her if she was OK like 6 times. Not me her! I had to explain to him. Who seemed understanding at that point I felt relieved and thanked them for finally listening but omg I cannot go into these stores! Had an worse experience in another sports direct stores! Horrible noise...

I was refused an entry at Uxbridge store, 7 minutes before the closing time. The salesman started arguing & clearly stated that the store has been closed. They have no clue about customer rights of United Kingdom. Rough approach, rough customer service.

The market here is really bad. They make you feel like you?re a criminal just because you?re Black or African, and their service is terrible. This market is awful?I?ve been in London for a while and I?ve never seen a market like this. It?s so dirty, and their service is just disgusting. They make you feel like you?re a thief.

Popped in to pick up a top with my son. Only one till open and the assistant was slow. When she called for support none was forthcoming. Yet another example of how poor this retailer is.

Went in for trainers. I was served by Adil. He was very enthusiastic and very helpful. He was on his own at this point but nothing was a bother. There?s a few people who could learn a thing or two from him. Keep up the great work Adil.

Very awful high street sportsdirect.
I even experienced worst customer service and staff is very rude including manager. They try selling me display shoes with full price and penny discount without return.

They are making prices diferent from prices online and whan I ask where is this writw in your policy, they answer was we don't have it, even online. Than answer they are lying for customers about prices. Direct Sport is scum customers.

Purchased a bike and scooter this morning in Uxbridge ?fantastic service! They were very helpful, pumped the tires, adjusted the brakes, and even assisted in bringing the bike downstairs. Truly amazing and friendly service!

This place continues to provide poor service. Asked an assistant about a certain pair of trainers; "No, we don't have them" while hardly looking at me. "Can you look them up on the system?" "No, only the warehouse has them" came the terse reply. "Why's that" I asked. "No idea".
The only thing this place has in it's favour is that it's cheap.
Thing is, management won't look at this review, let alone acknowledge me or try and change things.
