Extra poor service.Highly untrained, unprofessional, careless and ignorant staff. Every one passes the customer to the next colleague. This is my third time of bad experience at Uxbridge specsavers.

I needed to get my glasses renewed but left because Ekta is scary afWent to vision express. There is good reason why their reviews are better.Let?s giving giving this place 1 stars and bring their average rating till 2 Stars!!!

This is ran by absolute bunch of people that unwelcoming, unapproachable, look down on people there is APPARENTLY A MANAGER MOST WOULD DISAGREE TALL SLIM MAN I ASKED A SIMPLE TASK I HAVE COME TO COLLECT MY CONTACT LENSES WELLLL THATS BENEATH HIM ORDERED A STAFF MEMBER TO GO N COLLECT MY LENSES DIDNT ASK ME MY NAME JUST DISMISSED ME LIKE HE WAS MY SCHOOL TEACHER, SUE SAVED THE DAY, I RECKON SHE SAVES THE STORE TO BE HONEST, THE ATTITUDE ON CCTV WHEN I ASKED FOR A HEAD OFFICE NUMBER I GOT TOLD THE COMPLIANT WONT GO NOWHERE ANYWAY SO TRY. LET THE COMPLIANTS PROCESS BEGIN BY THE LOOK OF ITS REVIEWS ENOUGH SAID

My son broke the frame of his glasses and was so impressed when Shina put the lenses into new frames in store so no delays and he was able to wear them straight away. Really great service and good customer care from Shina.

I never write bad reviews really but this place really is awful. I get a text message telling me to arrive on time. I arrive 15 mins early and I am told there is a half hour delay. I have to get back to work so that's no use to me.So I pay to drive into town, I pay for the car park, then I tell them I can't wait that long and they actually look happy that they can cancel my appointment.Last year my wife and kids stopped going here after they waited for over an hour for their eye test before being told the store was closing and they had to come back another day. Useless, inconsiderate, and just embarrassing honestly.If you work here then clearly you know this branch is understaffed and the people at the top don't really care about you at all. Do yourself a favour and find work elsewhere so you can enjoy increased self-respect.Vision express is only two doors down. Recommend giving them a try.This has achieved nothing for me. I don't feel any better for having written this review. I don't want any nonsense reply from customer care people. It's just pointless. Accept that you've failed repeatedly and move on. Your company is terrible and you deserve better.

Hadn't wait a fair time to be seen. Staff were busy chatting amongst themselves or on their phones!. Could be more professional & show better customer service

I was given the wrong type of glasses by a shop floor sales man. What I was told were computer glasses. So bought 2 pairs. Found out that the optician had said needs vari focals that's another £350

Terrible service! Went in with my daughters hospital prescription for glasses, after taking time to look for glasses they said I needed a code off the hospital!!?? She was 7 and it?s from NHS hospital, I asked to speak to manager and apparently no manager available, this is not the first time I?ve had issues with this particular branch! completely ruined my daughter?s experience getting her first glasses! Walked 2 doors down to vision express and received amazing service and they took the letter in with nothing else needed, didn?t understand why specsavers needed a code. Lost a customer and vision express has gained a family of customers! Don?t waste your time here, go vision express next door!!

I am beyond tired of this branch. They were okay before they moved but since then they are ridiculously bad at communication every time I go I always make sure I tell someone I am there but numerous times I am kept waiting because no one has signed me in and they only address this after I chase them. The opticians themselves I always find good but the staff are so unwilling to help slow unprofessional an badly trained. I had a conversation today and told them how appalled I was at the service. I heard a few other people saying the same. Have lost a family of customers from now as we are taking ourselves else where

Sheene has been invaluable with helping me with any issues I have, she is not only very professional, but so friendly and hardworking! Would only use Specsavers because of her brilliant customer service!!

The member of staff who initially served me, went off to speak to their 'manager', about the misunderstanding.He stood around like a lemon, doing absolute nothing, and didn't even apologise to me about the whole matter.To be fair to the assistant manager who served me afterwards, she was very clued up about the whole thing and explained in detail about what everything meant.I still came out of the opticians, disappointed overall.I would not recommend Specsavers to anyone, as they are not as good as they make out to be. Their prices are high, and the value of your money is very poor.Their staff stand around like idiots half the time, and don't actually do their job!Tried to bribe me with a 50% off 'golden ticket', but even that was only valued for 6 months, and was noted down. Although, this is not a good enough alternative for the experience that I went through, during my time at SpecsaversOverall, I am disappointed and will not be going back!

Shina, the assistant Manager was very warm and welcoming and took time to explain everything in detail to me. Shina was very polite and professional and is a huge credit to specsavers Uxbridge which should be recognised. Thank you Shina for your help Danny

This is the most disgusting and unprofessional place i have ever been to. I went it for a repair for glasses i previously got from specsavers, the lady who welcomed me Chandra was lovely but The manager Ekta was so rude. She said to the lady to not serve me because im not bringing any money to the business and told me to wait for an hour. I witnessed her and this other lady with red hair in a position of authority scream at employees who seemed quite young and physically drag them by their arm to do things. The employees seemed very upset and disturbed. People like this should be seriously investigated!!!!
