SHINA PATEL got saw me, booked me in for an appt.
Azar took me through the initial process, great comms and customer service.
I managed to get options of trailing out more than 3 lenses with the locum Areeba Khan who was amazing and able to do this under the supervision of the Manager Shina. All swiftly done!
Shina took over and managed to complete my purchase of my glasses and she even got them traced on the day of my current glases.
Shina managed to even fix the price which was much better than expected. Everything was upfront with communication and level of excellent customer service.
They all get 11 out of 10.
Thank you for being efficient, fast with great customer experience that exceeded all expectations.
Just to add, it is now September 2025 and I still have Shina calling me up to make sure I'm able to order my lenses do what I need to do and keep me in check all the time.
She even remembers what happened in previous appointments and I have even forgotten myself. Her memory is impeccable her service is impeccable and her appreciation from myself is so much I will give her 20 out of 10.
She deserves a promotion because I've seen her work solidly hard every single time especially when managing a whole team and making sure everything is done properly.

Took my son in for an eye test. Walked in and staff were busy chatting to each other. One unfriendly member of staff eventually told us to take a seat without taking my sons name or checking our appointment. We sat for 15mins before someone asked us if we were being served to which we replied no. We were then checked in and asked to wait in the waiting area. Half a hour after our appointment time, no one had called us in. We eventually just left. We?ve been SPECSAVERS customers for years but this was our first time at the Uxbridge branch.

First Class from beginning to end, Very professional optician carried out a thorough eye test. Shina (the Manager) could not have been more helpful and arranged an earlier collection so I had my new glasses for my holiday. I would highly recommend this store, Thank you all for a very pleasant experience,

came in today due to needing more contacts urgently (thought i had a lot more pairs left, yet turned out i had almost run out and i?m going on holiday soon) and the staff were so lovely! although i have a very specific prescription and astigmatism so i require special contacts lenses, the store manager Shina Patel was so helpful and even checked the back to see if they had any extra stock, and it turned out they did! feeling so relieved now, thank you so much for all your help!

Genuinely one of the worst opticians I?ve ever been to. Appalling customer service, rude staff (specifically the managers). Took my mum 5 visits to get her prescription and glasses right. Would avoid this particular store like the plague.

I was seen by Rachita for a contact lens review and eye test today. She was absolutely amazing. Very professional and helpful. She took time to answer my questions and didnt rush me.

I don't usually write reviews, but I?m extremely disappointed with this showroom. I?ve had good experiences with other Specsavers branches, but this one has been terrible. The service and products are subpar, and it feels like they?re more interested in making money than providing proper care. I was given an incorrect prescription and faulty products, which was both frustrating and costly. I strongly advise against visiting this branch if you value your time and money.

I went to this branch for an eye test and honestly, it was just chaotic. As soon as I walked in, it felt unusual ? no clear signage or direction. I stood around for about ten minutes waiting for someone to check me in because I wasn?t sure where to go. I asked one staff member who didn?t understand me and passed me on to someone else, who also seemed clueless and just told me to sit at a desk ? even though I hadn?t had my test yet. Then another person came over and told me to move and sit on the other side.
At that point, I?d had enough. The whole place felt totally unorganised, no one seemed to know what they were doing, and it didn?t give me any confidence in getting my eyes tested there. I walked out and will be going back to my usual branch where things actually run smoothly.
Wouldn?t recommend this place at all.

I have booked an appointment for eye test , I was on my way when I got a phone call (15 minutes before my appointment) telling me they can not see me sorry, what kind of service is this? It is so horrible i feel really bad , i am not happy with this at all, will never book any appointment with SPECSAVERS Uxbridge

They're rude and have no sense of urgency whatsoever, they booked me for an appointment at 1:40 p.m and had me waiting for 45 minutes for an emergency eye test despite travelling a long way just for the appointment just to cancel it last minute. Additionally I want to add on that the people there have no manners and respect.
